About Us

Nam Siu Lam Kuen is the collective name for the Southern Chinese martial art styles practised in the school (Hung Ga, Wing Chun, Lau Ga , Moi fa, etc). The curriculum covers all aspects of Chinese martial arts, employing a mixture of modern and traditional methods.

Each martial arts style comprises of a number of forms based on the underlying principles of that style. The forms are inspired by observations of animals and nature, religious and philosophical ideologies and have been refined by centuries of practice. They incorporate both internal and external training, providing a vehicle to good health, spiritual harmony and martial prowess.
